Cancellation and No Show Policies. We determine the rescheduling and cancellation policies and apply them at our discretion. You should contact us directly, not Instructors, for any rescheduling or cancellation questions. Trainteks’s Cancellation terms are available in the Enrollment Agreement, Participation Agreement and Master Services Agreement, as applicable.
